The technology and process involved in injection molding are as follows:

3. the injection pressure is too low or the injection speed is too fast.
4. prevent plastic degradation caused by plastic degradation due to welding cracks.
5. make proper use of release agent, and pay attention to eliminating the adhesion of mold surface and other substances.
6. by eliminating the internal stress immediately after annealing, the residual stress of the workpiece can be reduced.
7. no lubrication or lubrication, but poor results.
